Most participants were city agencies (70%), with fleets ranging from small to very large. Over one-third manage 1,000+ vehicles, with an average fleet size of 516. Vehicle responsibility spans a broad mix, with emphasis on law enforcement and light-duty operations.
This should be viewed as a snapshot of respondent practices, not a measurement of the broader market. ■
